Flexi Scale Up and Flexi Enterprise include multi-brand and multi-indication support — ideal for companies with pipelines, franchises, or multiple therapeutic areas.

If you don’t have enough projects or points available to get a new asset, you can buy extra points or projects. Depending on your plan cost project varies, the difference will be added directly to your current month. 

It’s not about the size, but the quality of your team. We believe that every client should have access to a highly skilled team of experienced designers who are up-to-date with the latest design trends and deliver nothing else but high-quality work.

The number of team members dedicated to you will depend on the number of monthly projects you subscribe to. 

Most projects have a turnaround of 48–72 hours, depending on complexity.

Enterprise plans receive priority turnaround, meaning your requests are moved to the front of the queue.

  • Solopreneur, Startup & Scale Up: standard rollover

  • Enterprise: extended 90-day rollover


 

We do not handle medical/regulatory copywriting or submissions — but I can design around approved copy, medical-legal requirements, and compliance constraints.

Strategy support is included in Startup/Scale Up and heavily emphasized in Enterprise.

Brand system development is included in Startup and Scale Up, and is fully built out and documented in Enterprise.

You work directly with your dedicated creative team + a dedicated project manager depending on your plan.

You’re not dealing with a rotating team or anonymous designers.

If it requires design, layout, creative production, or simple dev (HubSpot, landing pages, interactive assets), it’s usually covered.

If not, we’ll let you know right away and recommend the best path forward.

Due to the time-based nature of creative work, I don’t offer refunds.

However, unused points do roll over, giving you flexibility month-to-month.

Onboarding is simple and takes 30–45 minutes. We cover:

  2. Access to existing brand guidelines or visual assets

  3. Project intake process and communication preferences

  4. Regulatory or medical-legal requirements your team follows

Yes.

We regularly work with organizations handling sensitive clinical, scientific, and healthcare data. An NDA is completely standard.

All projects are submitted through a dedicated Asana intake form.
This ensures every request includes the right details — copy, references, specs, deadlines, regulatory notes — so work moves quickly and accurately.

Scale Up and Enterprise clients can also share ideas or context in Slack/DM, but the final request will still be submitted through the Asana form for tracking and accuracy.
